The main facade for Phase 1 has now had all of the exisiting Cladding System removed including the majority of balcony areas. Water proofing works and CP board installation has started and a number of balconies have had the liquid plastic water proofing system applied.
Please note: The waterproofing product being applied has a very strong odour, windows will be pushed closed from the outside when this work is being undertaken.
A letter has been circulated to the entire building to provide an update on the changes to the programme for Phase 2 and Phase 3, we would kindly ask residents to read this correspondance and contact us with any queries they may have.
