Balcony works are ongoing on Phase 1, upstands at the front of balconies are currently being constructed and coated with a liquid plastic water proof system. Once complete, each balcony will be re-visited for a second application of the coating.
Scaffolding on Phase 2 is progressing as per the picture attached. Please remember to exercise caution when walking along the working area of Southwark Bridge Road due to operatives and materials.
Letters have been issued to all properties on Phase 2 providing dates for the locking of balcony doors. We would kindly request residents make themselves available for the allocated time slot. We would also ask that all personal belonings are removed from the balcony door area allowing adeqaute space for operatives to undertake the lock change.
