Scaffold is progressing well and hoarding is nearing completion.
The material hoist has now been installed on the Webber Street scaffold elevation.
Balcony door lock changes – selected properties on Phase 1, facing Webber Street will be receiving letters over the next week confirming the date and times for locks to be changed. Access for 20 – 25 minutes will be required. We would ask residents provide access for the appointment, this will prevent delays to the works.
Gentle reminder to all residents to return their balcony colour choice option to us, failure to do this will result in the option for your property reverting to the default choice as selected by My Base RTM.
Safety reminder – we would politely ask residents and their guests to refrain from disposing of cigerette’s onto our scaffold.
