The scaffolding and hoarding to the Webber Street Elevation is nearing completion, once this has been netted we will continue with the scaffold erection on Great Suffolk Street. A CCTV system has been installed which will be monitored during our out of hours times.
Letters requesting access for Balcony Lock Changes and Internal Extractor Vent works will be issued in the coming weeks. We would appreciate if residents could work with us to arrange access to avoid any delays to the project.
