The Great Suffolk Street Elevation is now being stripped of the existing CP Board, please see image attached.
Webber Street Elevation – Ongoing liquid plastic coating application to balcony upstands. Please note this work can only be undertaken in dry weather conditions. All balconies will require two applications of the liquid coating system. There is a strong odour from this product but rest assured this is non-toxic and will begin to fade after 1 – 2 days of application. We would kindly request residents create a draft by opening their flat entrance door to alleviate the odour.
Southwark Bridge Road (Phase 2) Scaffolding has now been completed to the first section, this is the area above the CO-OP and is now ready for use. Residents will notice the balcony glass being protected over the next week. It is essential that balcony doors are locked and lights to the balconies are disconnected so we can proceed with the necessary works. If you have personal items stored on your balcony we would kindly request that residents begin removing these in preparation for commencement of works.
