Breyer Group – Phase 1 – April 7th Update

7 April 2022

Scaffolding on the Phase 1 area is nearly complete. Stripping of exisiting cladding on the building is progressing well. We would like to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused to residents during the changing over of the wait and load skips that are required daily. This is combustable material and is therefore required to be removed from the area at the end of each day so these lorries are essential.

A vast majority of balcony door lock changes on Phase 1 have now been completed, thank you to all the residents who took the time to facilitate an appointment for this to be undertaken. If your balcony door locking appointment is still outstanding please contact us at your earliest convenience. If after 3 attempts we have been still unable to gain access to undertake this appointment, your balcony door will be boarded over from the outside to prevent use.

For those residents who have low level lights on their balcony, these will require disconnection for us to remove the cladding. We will be contacting residents to arrange a 15 minute appointment to access the switch that controls these lights.

A gentle reminder to all residents and visitors to be cautious when walking in and around the scaffold hoarding and adhere to any safety signage which has been put in place.
