Phase 1 – Internal vent works are in progress and balcony water proofing works are ongoing currently.
Phase 2 – Gentle reminder to all residents not to throw cigarette ends from their windows onto the scaffolding. Cladding back-round and partial cladding system install in progress across all of Phase 2 as well as balcony water proofing works.
Phase 3 – Scaffold is now nearing completion in the Courtyard area. Stripping of the existing cladding and insulation is now complete on several areas of the courtyard with the majority of balconies have also been stripped. Please do not enter the courtyard unless necessary, unfortunately we are still seeing some residents entering the Courtyard and making phone calls which can distract from potential dangers. as shown in the photo above, there are several large working areas including the scaffold erection still ongoing directly over this area. We cannot take any responsibility for residents or members of the public who may sustain an injury whilst entering this area. Anyone who enters this area does so at their own risk and against health and safety guidance.
