Phase 1
Cladding background is making good progress to main facades. Fire barriers and cladding brackets are also progressing on concrete slab areas. Additional areas of aluminum cladding have been installed. Internal vent works are progressing well and the majority of properties on phase 1 have been completed with the remaining properties on Great Suffolk St now in progress over the next 3 weeks.
Phase 2
Cladding background is progressing well across all areas of this phase. We are also now constructing the new “upstands” on the balcony edge across this phase. Balcony water proofing is ongoing across this phase. Attached is a picture of the liquid plastic balcony waterproofing, prior to balcony tiles being laid.
Phase 3
Please note that balcony waterproofing works will be taking place in the courtyard over the next week. As previously mentioned, this creates a strong smell, so if you are leaving your home, we would advice you to close windows and trickle vents to minimize the smell that enters the building.
Sheathing board installation is in progress on this phase along with some water proof membrane installation.
