Phase 1
Cladding background nearing completion to main facades. Fire barriers and cladding brackets progressing well on concrete slab areas. First areas of aluminum cladding have been installed. Internal vent works are progressing well and the majority of properties on phase 1 have been completed.
Phase 2
Cladding background is progressing well across all areas of this phase.
Phase 3
Sheathing board installation is in progress on this phase along with some water proof membrane installation.
A reminder to residents not to access the courtyard to smoke there. The courtyard is a working area and there is safety signage up, but our operatives are still noticing residents standing directly under them several floors below while they are working. Residents who continue to do so at their own risk.
