Phase 1 – The ‘cladding backround’ is progressign well and balcony waterproofing is also currently being completed on this phase.
Phase 2 – Main facade has now been fully stripped of the exisiting cladding system. Insulation and sheathing board is in the process of being changed throughout the elevation and balcony water proofing in progress.
Phase 3 – The scaffolding has been ‘based out’ around tge courtyard, and has now started to be erected to the internal elevations of the building. Due to the work in progress and large amounts of materials being stored in this area, we would ask that occupants of the building advise vistors and children not to attempt to access the working area.
We would kindly request residents do not smoke out their flat windows or throw cigarette ends onto the scaffolding as this creates a potential fire risk should an ignited flame come into contact with the exisiting insulation.
