Phase 1 – Webber Street
Internal vent works have now commenced. All leaseholders and residents should have now received a letter advising a date for these works to be undertaken. Please ensure the date provided is suitable, if for any reason this requires rescheduling please contact Luke, Resident Liaison Officer to make alternative arrangements. If properties cannot be accessed on the day works are scheduled this will have an impact to our programme and delay the project completion for residents.
Phase 2 – Southwark Bridge Road
Liquid plastic coating application is ongoing to the balcony upstands. Please note this work can only be undertaken in dry weather conditions. All balconies will require two applications of the liquid coating system. There is a strong odour from this product, but rest assured this is non-toxic and will begin to fade 1 – 2 days after application. We would kindly request residents create a draft by opening their flat door to alleviate the odour.
Phase 3 – Courtyard
Scaffolding has now been completed to the first section and is ready for use. Residents will notice the balcony glass is being protected over the next week. It is essential that balcony doors are locked, and lights are disconnected so we can proceed with the necessary works, If you have personal items stored on your balcony we would kindly request that residents begin removing these in preparation for the commencement of works. Scaffolding has commenced on the second section of the Courtyard elevation and is progressing as per programme.
