Phase 1 – Balcony upstands being constructed. The ‘cladding back around’ is progressing well and balcony waterproofing is also being done on this Phase.
Phase 2 – Sheathing board replacement is ongoing and progressing well. Main facade and balconcies being worked on at the same time.
Phase 3 – The scaffold erection is ongoing and on programme. The first area of scaffolding is due to complete on Monday 15th August, this will then be accessible for the trades to commence stripping the cladding later this week. A gentle reminder that the courtyard area now forms part of our working site for the duration of the works. It has been observed that some residents while smoking cigarettes or using a mobile phone have been walking into potentially hazardous areas. Please exercise caution while in the courtyard area. Clear signage is displayed and we would ask all occupants and vistors of the building to follow these instructions for their own safety. If visitors or occupants choose to use this area other than the clearly marked fire excape route, this is done at their own risk.
