Saturday working- from 9AM until 2PM will begin again from Saturday 9thSeptember.
Phase 1 – Scaffolding has been removed down to level 1 of the block on the Webber St side and level 3 on the Great Suffolk St side.
Phase 2 – The Aluminium silver cladding has been installed down to the 1st floor and the balcony cladding/ walls are fitted down to 3rd floor on the Southwark Bridge Rd side of the block. Balcony water proofing has reached the lower levels. Balcony insulation and tiles have been completed down to level 4. Scaffolding has been removed down to level 4.
Phase 3 – Cladding back-round works are in progress around the courtyard. Insulation has been fitted throughout most floors of the courtyard. Cladding has been installed on levels 7 and 6.. Balcony water proofing has reached the mid- floors of the courtyard.
