Phase 1: As shown above photograph, some new aluminum cladding panels have been installed in the pilot area of the block. We are also due to begin laying some balcony floor ceramic tiles during the next week. Internal vent works to properties are ongoing, thank you to all residents that have made access arrangements for these works to be done.
Phase 2: Cladding back-round works and insulation install are ongoing across this phase
Phase 3: The scaffolding has been completed and the majority of the existing cladding has been removed from the main elevation and also from balconies. Lights have now been fitted to the scaffolding in this area. The lights on the ground floor are to light the escape route from the entrance doors and will need to stay on, however lights on the 1st floor and upward will be turned off every evening and during the weekend.
