Phase 1 – Internal vent works are in progress with works completed to 10 properties to date. The above picture shows the external side of the newly installed metal balcony facing vents. The external cladding will then be built up around the vents. Please can all residents ensure access is provided to facilitate these works as failure to complete these necessary works will delay the start and finish dates to your neighbours’ properties, many of whom may have had to make special arrangements to accommodate an appointment.
Phase 2 – Cladding back-round and partial cladding system install is in progress throughout Phase 2 and the balcony waterproofing is also ongoing during this week.
Phase 3 – Scaffolding is now completed to most of the Courtyard with the remaining areas being completed this week. Stripping of the existing cladding and insulation and in progress to several areas of the Courtyard area. Please do not enter this area unless absolutely necessary.
