Phase 2 scaffolding is now fully completed, inspected and handed over to the Operational Team ready for works to begin. External surveys are currently ongoing.
Balcony Door Locking on Phase 2 was undertaken last week, we would like to extend our thanks to all residents who made themselves available for their appointment. If you were not at home for your appointment slot, and have not yet contacted us to rebook, we would kindly request you do so as soon as possible to prevent any potential delays to the work phase.
The central courtyard will now be for access only with ‘no access’ to the seating area or children’s play area. This area will be used during the construction works for Phase 3. Please inform visitors to your home of this and supervise children to avoid any attempts to access this area. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause for occupants of the building.
