The balcony waterproofing is ongoing to the balconies of Phase 1, this product has a very strong odour and we would advise residents to close their windows whilst this is being undertaken or alternatively opening your front door to create a draft will assist with extracting this.
Replacement of balcony upstands situated at the front of the balcony under the balustrade are now being installated to the Phase 1 properties.
