We have issued all residents and leaseholders a letter advising on changes to our works programme. This will arrive via post or email depent on your choice of correspondance.
The scaffold gantry is almost complete on Southwark Bridge Road. Hoarding will be installed around the base of the scaffolding, similar to what has been done on Webber Street. Once the hoarding is fully installed, this will be decorated and lighting will be installed under the hoarding and also around the entrance to 140 Southwark Bridge Road.
Cladding removal on Phase 1 is progressing as per programme and the majority of balconies have now been stripped of the exiting system.
If your property is part of Phase 1 (Webber Street) and you have not yet provided us access for your balcony light to be disconnected, we would kindly request you contact your Resident Liaison Officer, Luke Rowe at your earliest convenience.
