The scaffolding on Phase 1 is now complete and the gantry to 1st floor level of Phase 2 is in progress.
Cladding removal and balcony stripping on Phase 1 is underway.
We have had further enquires regarding the necessity of preventing access to residents balconies. The reasoning for this has been previously communicated in both our Introduction Letter, Resident Handbook and in an additional follow up letter from MIH Property Management. We have included the above photograph to demonstrate why this is essential during the works. You will notice there is a considerable space in front of the balustrade and around the side also and it is for this reason that access has been restricted. We are happy to answer any queries residents may have but please be aware no exceptions while be made due to the potential health and safety risk this poses to residents and the general public.
